“The 2020 Brunello Di Montalcino is a jeweled ruby/red color and has a very lovely, complete feel with aromas of cherry liqueur, raspberries, candied licorice, balsamic herbs, and sage. It’s beautiful and saturated and floats on the long palate, with a medium to full frame, a supple, ripe feel, and lovely freshness. Alle druer stammer fra Castellnuovo dell’Abate, og får efter endt gæring, lagring i 24 måneder på en blanding af Slavonsk eg og franske barriques. Inden frigivelse lagrer vinen på flaske yderligere i flere måneder, inden frigivelsen i januar. Der er tale om en vin med dybde og koncentration, men samtidig også en klassisk elegance som alle Uccellieras vine besidder. Vinen er umiddelbar, saftig og meget lækker at drikke allerede som ung, men har rigeligt med tyngde til 10+ år i kælderen.
